1. How am I conveying a strong and precise goal within my department and the Organisation as a whole? 

2. How do I ensure that my colleagues maintain encouragement and a “think outside of the box” and “think different” mentality in order to solve demanding challenges?

3. How do I ensure that integrated processes are serving the function of a specific department and what are my tools to discard processes that are not making the task of the department more powerful and efficient? 

4. What am I doing to foster talent within my department?
