What do I do to promote functioning processes in my life and to evaluate integrated processes for their functionality and to remove them if necessary?
What do I do to steadily maintain my existing skills and continue to expand them?
What is the ultimate ideal of my life?
We take our insight, to apply this structure on our organization, because we understand that we are only as strong as our bond and alignment to one another.
How am I conveying a strong and precise goal within my department and the Organisation as a whole?
How do I ensure that my colleagues maintain encouragement and a “think outside of the box” and “think different” mentality in order to solve demanding challenges?
How do I ensure that integrated processes are serving the function of a specific department and what are my tools to discard processes that are not making the task of the department more powerful and efficient?
What am I doing to foster talent within my department?
